Is internet always required?
No — niẓām ERP POS works 100% offline. When internet is available, cloud syncs automatically. Billing never stops during load shedding or poor network.
Can multiple staff members use it?
Yes — 5 separate roles available: Admin, Manager, Cashier, Viewer, and Staff. Each role has its own set of permissions.
Will my data be safe?
Absolutely — with Cloud Backup, your data is encrypted and stored securely on Supabase servers. Even if your phone is lost or damaged — your data is safe.
Is there a monthly fee?
No — pay for the license once, use it forever. Cloud Backup and Support Plan are optional monthly add-ons — entirely your choice.
What is the refund policy?
If software cannot be installed within 7 days — full license refund. Setup fee is non-refundable.
